For one night, Saké Barbados and Mount Gay bring together the island’s most storied rum and the precision of the Japanese kitchen. Head Chef Scott Ames has built a menu to be met course by course with Mount Gay, each pour chosen for what it draws out of the plate beside it.
Seating is intimate by design — fifteen guests to a sitting, across six sittings through the evening, so every table is served at the same unhurried pace.
